The white holiday house - Aspro Spiti is located on the Lagonissi hill bathed by the sea in the idyllic green and quiet countryside of the peninsula Sithonia.
The duplex with its two apartments (each has a separate entry) has an impressive location with a fantastic view of the sea and has direct access to the bay via staircase.
The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with a lawn and several Mediterranean plants and shady trees on the gently sloping hillside.
A BBQ is available in the garden for the shared use of both apartments.
The apartment on the upper floor can be accessed via external staircase.
Centerpiece of the apartment is the covered patio with a fantastic view of the sea and the Ormos Panaghias Bay.
The well-kept upper floor flat is rustically furnished and offers the right setting for a quiet, informal family holiday close to the sea.
The rooms in the flat are spread over two levels.
The kitchen, both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the main floor.
The living room is 3 steps lower and has direct access to the front, covered terrace of the flat with magnificent sea views.
A small holiday home, which is occupied by the landlords, stands on the edge of the approx. 8000 square meter property.
In case of a family, the occupancy of 5 persons (2 adults and 3 children) is possible.

- der Privatstrand eignet sich super zum Schnorcheln, Paddeln, Fischen und um wirklich in Ruhe und alleine das Meer zu geniessen (trotz Hochsaison)
- der nächstgelegene Strand ist auch fast menschenleer und bietet Sandstrand und die Möglichkeit im flach abfallenden Meer zu spielen

Quartier und Lage sind gut, der eigene nicht tolle Strand nur schwierig zu erreichen. Besteck, Teller, Tassen und Gläser unterstes Niveau (China, Ikea), das Bettzeug für September unzureichend. Kein Sonnenschutz für die Terasse vorhanden (defekt). Der Mietpreis ist etwas unangemessen hoch für die Nachsaison.

Wir waren 4 Paare und hatten das ganze Haus (untere und obere Wohnung). Sehr ruhige Lage, toller Blick aufs Meer, eigene Badebucht (Kiesstrand über eine Treppe zu erreichen).
