Villa Avra is a truly unique property with private pool, large and modern, located right on the sandy beach of Rethymno.
With a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and facilities within easy walking distance, this is the perfect property for groups up to 12 guests who don't want to rely constantly on a car while on holiday.

Inside, Villa Avra is set over 3 floors, and has a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large common areas and terraces.
Entrance is onto the mid floor, where the air-conditioned main living area is located.
There are plenty of comfortable sofas, tables for indoor dining, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (with plenty of cabinets and all the most modern appliances), a double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room and a family shower room.
Patio doors open onto the poolside terraces providing direct access to the garden, pool and offering breathtaking views over the sea and the sunset.
Stairs lead up to the upper floor, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) and 2 family bathrooms with bathtub.
The bedrooms provide access to beautiful balconies, once again providing amazing , unobstructed views over the sea.
