This luxury villa sits right on the shore of the stunning Křetínka Reservoir, in the charming South Moravian village of Lazinov.
From the moment you walk in, the view steals the show: shimmering water, green hills, and a wonderful sense of freedom.
The villa accommodates 9 guests divided over 5 stylish bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms.
With a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, the villa is also suitable for wheelchair users.
The kitchen is a paradise for cooking enthusiasts, fully equipped with modern appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need for cozy evenings together.
In the spacious living room, you can sink into soft sofas by the fireplace, watch a movie on the large TV, or enjoy your favorite music on the SONOS sound system.
For extra relaxation, there’s even a library with English books, board games, toys for children, and a Wii console for some playful fun.
Outside is equally inviting.
On the large terrace with summer kitchen, you can enjoy the view over the garden and the water.
Perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset.
Children can play on the trampoline, climbing frame, or with bows and arrows, while you simply unwind.
There is also a covered heated saltwater swimming pool for extra fun.
A beautiful pier has been added, and SUPs (stand-up paddleboards) are available for rent to enjoy the water even more.
There’s space for one car at the house, and additional cars can park for free about 25 meters away.
You can also charge electric cars and e-bikes (for a fee), and store the bikes safely indoors.
The surroundings are a paradise for nature lovers and adventurers alike.
Just 500 meters away, you’ll find a forest full of walking trails and mushrooms in season! You can also go cycling, boating, paddleboarding, or fishing.
Prefer a bit of culture? Visit the impressive castles and fortresses nearby, or explore the famous Moravian Karst caves with the spectacular Macocha Gorge, only 40 km away.
Good to know: In July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.
During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights, and flexible arrival and departure days are possible.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
