This is a very beautiful, cosy single-family house with a seasonal pool (May to September) in a quiet location by the edge of a forest in Klagenfurt.
The house is charmingly furnished and decorated and is well-equipped.
The house has a roofed terrace and a balcony on the first floor.
The ground floor comprises an entrance area, a toilet, a kitchen with a dining space and access to the roofed terrace, as well as a living room with a tiled fireplace stove.
The kitchen is not new, but is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cutlery, glasses, plates etc.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which open onto the balcony.
Apart from the parents’ bedroom, the bedrooms are furnished with pull-out beds.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasin, bidet and toilet.
A hairdryer is available.
You can find a washing machine, a second fridge, a grill, loungers, beanbags etc. in the cellar.
The town centre is a 15-minute walk away, or 5 minutes by bike.
It has restaurants and all kinds of shops.
